At Gazelle Tents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
